Jason starting piano at age 17 and quickly became impassioned with music. With only one year of lessons Jason was undeterred when his teacher moved. He continued practicing hours a days with his new found love for the piano. Without the guiding hand of a teacher Jason developed his own theory and taught himself how to play the piano
Jason starting piano at age 17 and quickly became impassioned with music. With only one year of lessons Jason was undeterred when his teacher moved. He continued practicing hours a days with his new found love for the piano. Without the guiding hand of a teacher Jason developed his own theory and taught himself how to play the piano by ear.
In a few years time Jason would play professionally for restaurants, banquets, and private parties. Eventually Jason was approached by a piano tuner who recognized the strong ear he possessed. He voluntarily trained Jason and taught him the skills he needed to know to become a great piano tuner.
Today, Jason has been a full-time piano tuner since 1995 having tuned thousands of pianos for piano stores, music academies, recording artists, and most especially private piano owners. His passion for music and the piano continues and is on full display as he services the instruments that he loves.
